This is not a feature list. It is a list of what gets taken off your hands. Every point is something that costs you time today and won't tomorrow. None of it is planned for later: everything here, HENRY does today.

Your mail

  1. You never have to hunt for an invoice again. He pulls it out of the attachment and files it.
  2. Say it once, and he does it every day without you thinking about it.
  3. In the morning he tells you what arrived, in one sentence instead of forty subject lines.
  4. He recognises a payment reminder for what it is and tells you straight away.
  5. Newsletters you never signed up for, he unsubscribes from if you want.
  6. He also looks at your sent folder. For "have I already replied", that one matters more.
  7. And he never deletes an email. He has no tool for it.

Your deadlines

  1. You never miss a cancellation deadline again. He reads it out of the policy.
  2. He speaks up in July when it ends in October. Not on the day itself.
  3. One single missed contract costs more than HENRY does in a whole year.
  4. When a premium goes up, he points out your right to cancel early.
  5. Ask him which contracts you have, and he lists them with amount and next deadline.

Your money

  1. On the first pass he tells you what you pay every month.
  2. Eight subscriptions, 206 euros a month, 2,477 a year. Most people find two they no longer wanted.
  3. Annual fees he converts to a monthly figure. Otherwise they can't be compared.
  4. Open invoices he names with the amount and how long they have been open.
  5. If he doesn't know an amount, he says so. He does not invent a figure.

Your appointments

  1. He doesn't tell you when the appointment is. He tells you when to leave.
  2. With real travel time and real traffic, not a rule of thumb.
  3. Several stops in a day he puts in the fastest order.
  4. At the end, a link your maps app opens directly.
  5. And he notices when there isn't enough time between two appointments.

Your documents

  1. Send him a policy and he knows the number, the premium, the end date and the notice period.
  2. For a letter from the authorities he says in one sentence what they want and by when.
  3. On an electricity bill he picks out the meter number, the consumption and the new instalment.
  4. For communal electricity he tells you the amount belongs in the service charge statement.
  5. At year end there is nothing left to gather. It is already sorted.
  6. What he cannot read, he says so. On a scan without a text layer he does not guess.

How he works

  1. He researches on the web, actually reads the pages and summarises.
  2. Long jobs keep running in the background. You don't have to sit and wait.
  3. He writes letters, cancellations, quotes and invoices in your tone.
  4. He makes phone calls for you when you tell him to.
  5. He speaks and listens, in 29 languages, and switches mid-sentence with you.
  6. On screen, on your phone and through Telegram. Always the same conversation.

What he does not do

  1. No email goes out that you haven't seen.
  2. No call without your instruction.
  3. Nothing is moved that you haven't asked for.
  4. In a group he says nothing private. He doesn't even have it in front of him there.
  5. Your data is not used for training.

What you can see

  1. Every line he keeps about you, in plain words. Deletable one by one.
  2. Everything he has done, with date, subject and amount.
  3. Your data sits in the EU, credentials encrypted.
  4. When he can't get any further, he says so and brings in a human.
  5. And you cancel with one click, at the end of the current month.

Can he really do all of this today?

Yes. This list describes tools that exist, not intentions. What doesn't work yet isn't on it.

Do I need Microsoft Office for this?

No. HENRY works with any ordinary mailbox: Gmail, Outlook.com, GMX, and most others.

What does it cost?

From 17 euros a month. SALON is 28 euros, SUITE 62 euros. All prices include VAT, cancellable monthly.

What happens if he gets something wrong?

You see every action in the log, with date and subject line. And since nothing goes out without your approval and no email is ever deleted, everything can be undone.

How do I start?

Create an account, connect your mailbox, and he goes through the past twelve months. After about twenty minutes he tells you what he found.

The most expensive mistake of the year is a missed cancellation deadline. That costs a full year's subscription. HENRY costs 17 euros a month.
